when trading/selling/gifting my designs...

1. you don't need to notify me when you sell/trade/gift my designs.
2. please wait 2 weeks before reselling/retrading my design(s) !
3. you may resell my designs for the value you bought it for, with the added value of any commissioned or personal work (not strictly art; can include writing, rigged models, etc)
4. if you have received my design through a trade, feel free to resell it for the original price a previous owner paid with any additional art value YOU add on.
5. free/gifted designs may not be resold, only retraded or regifted (this includes forum game designs !).

general rules...

1. please keep my designs on th ! don't delete the profiles off of th.
   you may private/hide them, but i'd like to keep track of my designs as best as i can.
2. since i'm the original artist, i have the right to post the designs to any of my socials.
   i will credit the owner whenever possible.
3. always credit me ! do NOT remove my name from the design. the watermark stays too.
4. do not use my designs for any sort of hate speech or illegal content (written, drawn, or rped); this includes racism, pedophilia, etc.
5. idc how much you redesign it, go ham. you may also edit the original artwork.
6. do not use my designs for any commercial purposes WITHOUT ASKING ME FIRST.
   this includes but is not limited to; using my designs for any paid promotion or content.
7. all of my designs are permitted for personal use only
8. you are free to create cs versions from my designs as long as i'm credited as the designer.
